II. Product Features

   • Reinforced Structural Design: With a cylindrical neck, it has higher strength than ordinary flat welding flanges, can disperse welding stress, has excellent bending resistance, and reduces the risk of pipeline deformation.

   • Easy and efficient installation: The sliding sleeve design allows for direct insertion into the pipe end before welding, resulting in a high degree of standardization, compatibility with various pipe specifications, and significantly reduced installation time.

   • Reliable sealing performance: The smooth flange surface can be used with various gaskets such as rubber gaskets and spiral wound gaskets. Combined with bolt tightening, it effectively ensures the sealing of pipe connections.

   • Diverse material options: Covering 304/316 stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, etc., it possesses excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, making it suitable for complex working conditions.

VI. Quality Control and Inspection (Mandatory for Factory Shipments)

    Dimension Inspection

   Check: Outer diameter, inner diameter, thickness, bolt holes, sealing surfaces, etc., to ensure they meet standards.

   • Tensile, Impact, and Hardness Testing

   Check material strength, toughness, and hardness to ensure it will not crack or break.

   •  Ultrasonic Testing (UT) / Penetrant Testing (PT) / Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)

   Check for internal/surface cracks, porosity, and defects:

   •  UT: Checks for internal defects

   • PT: Checks for surface opening defects (commonly used for stainless steel)

   • MT: Checks for surface defects (commonly used for carbon steel)

   Material Analysis (PMI)

      On-site composition analysis using instruments to ensure the material is genuine (304 is 304, 316 is 316).

   Certificate of Quality Compliant with EN 10204 3.1 Standards

   EU-recognized formal material certificates.
